Ex:

Ex 1:
I really like my co workers because they are very friendly, helpful and funny. They are ready to help me when I need their help. We often eat out or go to the coffeeshop together, sometimes we travel to Da Lat or Nha Trang too. Everyone is very friendly and close like family members.

My co workers are not really friendly; however, I’m quite close to some of the people in the office and they are very nice. We often have lunch together or sometimes we also hang out after work or go shopping or go to the movie theater and so on.

Ex:
As a director secretary; everyday, I start work at 8am. I have to check and reply emails. Then, I’m responsible for arranging all of the meetings for my boss. I also answer the phone/ talk on the phone with the business partners. I have to prepare documents and reports for my boss. Sometimes, I have meetings with my boss and different people from different departments like sales/ marketing/ customer service/ telesales/ finance/ IT and so on… I spend most of my time on translating the contracts/ documents from Vietnamese into English for my boss. I often finish work at 5pm, but sometimes there’s a lot of work, I have to work overtime and go home about 6pm.
